Nowpe provides digital services including mobile recharge, DTH recharge, bill payments and other digital utility services. These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered on the Nowpe Platform.
By accessing or using the Nowpe Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
Acceptance of these Terms constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and Nowpe (Tripathi Communication), provided you are at least 18 years of age.
Nowpe services are available only to individuals who are 18 years or older. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities carried out through their account. Nowpe shall not be responsible for unauthorized access caused due to user negligence.
Nowpe acts as a facilitator for recharge and bill payment services and is not responsible for delays, failures or errors caused by telecom operators, utility providers or third-party service partners.
Users must not misuse the platform, attempt fraudulent transactions, provide false information, or engage in any unlawful activity. Nowpe reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.
Nowpe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the platform. Liability, if any, shall be limited to the transaction amount paid by the user.
Once a recharge or bill payment is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only in cases of duplicate payment or failed transactions, subject to verification.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
